Relocating is one of the biggest moments of your life. Everything changes at once: your address, your timezone, your routines, the people around you, sometimes even the language you think in. It deserves to be treated that way.
Originally from Singapore, Rachael has moved 12+ times, and spent time in cities like Singapore, New York, Malaysia, London, Melbourne, Switzerland, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and San Francisco. She was in her early twenties, figuring it out largely alone, and the gap between how monumental relocation felt and how badly the process was supported was impossible to ignore.
In 2021, Rachael started consulting for people navigating international moves, and what she found was an industry that had been deliberately complex for too long. Opaque by design, expensive by default, and painfully one-size-fits-all. She built Gullie to change that, teaching herself to code in the process.
At its core, Gullie is an AI consultant with more context, more personalization, and more transparency than the incumbents have ever offered, because we think you deserve to know exactly what you are getting and why.
Today, Gullie manages end-to-end relocations across 160+ countries.

Between us, we’ve lived in 15+ cities, moved 32+ times, and speak 7+ languages — including English, Mandarin, Spanish, and Korean. We’re third-culture kids, expats, immigrants, and serial relocators. Some of us moved for opportunity, some for love, some because a city felt like ours before we had ever set foot in it.
We know what it costs — emotionally, logistically, financially — to uproot your life and start somewhere new. And we know what it feels like when it works. The right city can unlock a version of your talent you didn’t know was possible.
