How does your relocation policy compare?

Contribute your company's relocation data and see how the companies you compete with for talent structure theirs: budgets per move, what policies cover, and how often relocated employees stay. Aggregated, anonymized, and only shared with companies that contribute.

Three minutes: policy type, budget bands, coverage, levels, and, if you track it, how often relocated employees leave within a year. Ranges, not exact figures.

2. We aggregate by cohort

Stage, industry, geography, company size, and role level. Nothing is shown for a cohort until at least 5 companies have contributed, and individual answers are never published.

3. You get the benchmark

The report for every cohort you belong to, sent to your work email, with updates as the dataset grows. Only contributors receive it.

Common questions

What do I get for contributing?

The benchmark report for every cohort you belong to: how companies at your stage, in your industry, and in your geography structure relocation policies, what they budget per move by level, which services they cover, how programs are run, and reported employee retention after relocating. Contributors also receive updated reports as the dataset grows.

Who can see my data, and where is it stored?

No one sees your individual answers. Submissions are stored securely in Gullie's database and only ever published as aggregates across a cohort of at least 5 contributing companies; nothing company-identifiable is shown. Your company name is optional and used solely to prevent duplicate submissions. Uploaded documents and voice notes are stored privately, used only to extract your structured answers, and never shared.

We don't have a formal policy. Should we still contribute?

Yes. Tell us that: how common it is to have no formal policy at each stage is one of the most useful stats in the benchmark, and you still receive the report for your cohorts. Many seed and Series A companies handle each move case by case; seeing what peers budget is usually the first step toward writing a policy.

We have several policies, not one. How do we enter that?

Add each policy separately in the form: a new-grad lump sum, an IC managed package, and an executive package can all be recorded with their own budgets, coverage, and levels. If it's faster, record a voice note or upload your policy documents and we'll structure the data for you.

What if my cohort is too small?

If fewer than 5 companies in a cohort have contributed, that cohort's benchmark is held back until it reaches the threshold. You'll receive the report for the cohorts that are ready and the rest as they fill in.

Is this free?

Yes. The only price is participation: benchmarks are shared with companies that contribute their own data. That keeps the dataset honest and the comparison fair.
