- Standard route: invest BRL 500,000+ in a Brazilian business as an individual
- Innovative startup projects can qualify from BRL 150,000 with an approved investment plan
- Urban real-estate route requires roughly BRL 1,000,000 committed
- Funds must enter Brazil legally and be registered with the Central Bank
- Business plan showing real economic activity or job creation
