  • Qualifying relationship: spouse/partner, child, parent, sibling (with age/dependency limits), grandparent or grandchild of a Brazilian citizen or resident
  • Sponsor holds Brazilian citizenship or valid residence
  • Civil documents apostilled and sworn-translated
  • Register with the Federal Police within 90 days of arrival for the CRNM
