  • Confirmed job offer from an Israeli employer who acts as sponsor
  • Employer obtains a work permit from the Population and Immigration Authority (PIBA) before the visa is issued
  • Proof the role requires genuine expertise (qualifications, portfolio, or track record)
  • Guaranteed monthly salary of at least twice the average Israeli wage (approx. NIS 23,460/month in 2026)
  • Justification of why the position cannot be filled locally

Restrictions

  • Tied to the sponsoring employer; changing jobs requires a new permit
  • Not a direct route to permanent residence for non-Jewish nationals
