Residence by investment route for non-EU nationals committing qualifying capital to Luxembourg’s economy, through a company investment, an investment structure or a bank deposit.

Requirements

One qualifying investment: EUR 500,000 in an existing Luxembourg company (with job retention), EUR 500,000 in a new company creating at least 5 jobs within 3 years, EUR 3 million in an investment or management structure based in Luxembourg, or EUR 20 million deposited with a Luxembourg financial institution for at least 5 years
Funds must be lawfully sourced
Evidence that you will maintain the investment for the required period
Clean criminal record
