Requirements

  • Remote worker, freelancer or contractor with active contracts
  • Tech talent: annual income above USD 24,000
  • Non-tech talent (e.g. executives, consultants, content creators): annual income above USD 60,000
  • Contracts of 3+ months duration with foreign or local clients
  • Apply online via MDEC’s DE Rantau portal from anywhere

Restrictions

  • No local employment with Malaysian companies unless contracts are declared in the application
