Requirements

  • Incorporate a Labuan company (activities must be international/non-ringgit focused)
  • Monthly salary of RM 10,000+ from the Labuan entity (unchanged by the June 2026 EP revision)
  • Meet Labuan FSA substance requirements (paid-up capital, office, filings)
  • Director or employee role in the Labuan company
